Alter Capital Strengthens Its National Presence with 13 Portfolio Companies

This has materialized through several significant milestones, including the launch of its first fund, Al Ándalus Capital FCR, in 2015, targeting Andalusian SMEs with investments between €1 and €2 million. In 2017, the firm achieved its first successful divestment with Dental Company, increasing its initial investment by 3.7 times.
Institutional support and national projection
The asset manager has secured the backing of major institutional investors, such as the ICO and the Andalusian Regional Government, as well as various national and international family offices. In 2024, its Alter Cap III fund increased its commitment to €48 million, marking its expansion beyond Andalusia with investments such as Wifit Gym and a co-investment in the Italian company ABK.
